Why the Injuries Are Increasing

The mechanism is simple. On a traditional bicycle, reaching 15–20 mph takes real effort, balance and time in the saddle. An e-bike gets a first-time rider there almost immediately, before their reflexes, braking judgment or hazard awareness have caught up.
